Here's What You Need to Know: Our Policies and Guidelines
Rules and Policies:
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is at 1:00 pm, and check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
Maintenance: Guests should keep their lot in order and free of trash. Guests should also maintain a clutter-free space.
Speed limit: To ensure the safety of all guests, especially children and pets, there is a speed limit in place of 7 MPH.
Quiet hours: Designated quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. During quiet hours, all guests should refrain from making loud noises, playing loud music, or using any loud equipment.
Pet policy: All pets need approval and owners must provide vaccination records. Pets should be kept on a leash at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets.
Smoking & Alcohol policy: Smoking and Alcohol is not permitted in shared areas of the park.
Trash: Guests should dispose of their trash in the designated areas. Dumpsters should be used for regular household items only.
Campfires: Campfires are prohibited on the premises.
Visitors: Guests are welcome to have visitors, but they should only park their vehicles is guests designated lot.
Firearms and Explosives: Guests are not permitted to discharge any firearms or explosives for any reason at any time on the premises.
Damage policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the park's property. The park reserves the right to charge guests for any damages caused during their stay.
Connections: Sewer and sink waste-water connections must be airtight.
State law prohibits any waste-water runoff to the ground.
